I was surprised to see that I'm down a pound since weigh in on Tuesday. It may just be a normal fluctuation due to fluid (but I'll take it!) I had an absolutely brutal workout with my trainer yesterday and another one (yikes) planned for tomorrow. So today I'll just stick with a good diet and try to move around as much as possible. I'm happy to see some progress, though I miss getting out on the bike.

If you miss it, go out for a ride. It's moving isn't it. Even a short ride is better than nothing. Just because you are using a trainer now doesn't mean you have to give up the exercise you love. And you must love it or you wouldn't miss it.

I'll try this weekend, Kathy. I am trying not to over exercise anymore and really learn how to have well-rounded fitness (which wasn't happening with the constant cycling). The whole reason I hired a trainer was to really learn the right way to be physically fit - but I'll never give up riding!
