Things are still going good. I am, however, losing too quickly. Obviously due to my low caloric intake, but it's really hard to eat enough when I get full so easily. I have been feeling better; some of that can be attributed to the exercise I'm sure.

So far, so good. Did my walking again today. It seemed much shorter today. Yesterday I only took in 1250 kcals, but I was truely satisfied with what I ate. I really hope I can stick with this once I go back to school.

Well it's a new year and it's time to take off these 8 pounds I've gained since starting school. It's clear the Atkins diet will not work for me due to my school schedule. I really don't know what to do right now, so I'm just trying to do a 1900 caloric intake right now with exercise. I may try it for two weeks and see how that goes. I now have 15 pounds to lose.

OMG! I've logged in to find that I've gained 8 pounds in 9 months. I know it comes from not eating right. I've got to do better. I have to find something that can work with my school schedule. I have to do this!
