Well it's a new year and it's time to take off these 8 pounds I've gained since starting school. It's clear the Atkins diet will not work for me due to my school schedule. I really don't know what to do right now, so I'm just trying to do a 1900 caloric intake right now with exercise. I may try it for two weeks and see how that goes. I now have 15 pounds to lose.
