Back on the wagon again, or should I say seesaw. Walked 2 miles yesterday and made good food choices. Today I woke up and did 45 minutes of yoga and had a small bowl of multigrain cereal. I hope to stick y=to the yoga routine since I can do it at home. I just need to put it into my schedule to ensure it gets done everyday. School starts next week. That is when the real challenge begins. Less time, more stress. I'll need the exercise even more. I really need to stick to this. I need to lose 23 pounds to get to my ideal weight.
Here is my starting point:

Waist: 34 (at umbilicus)
Hips: 40 (just above pubis)

At the end of week 1. I've lost 1.4 pounds so far. I am really trying to walk 2 miles every other day. So far that has gone well. I've been sticking to a healthier diet of less than 1500 calories a day. No empty carbs, VERY few carbonated drinks (2-3 a week), drinking mostly water, and eating only whole grains.
The measurements I took today are:
Weight: 144.6
Upper arms: 12
Bust: 33
Waist: 35
Hips: 39
Thigh: 23
Walked 2 miles in 33 minutes.
