I should own stock in McDonald's. I am really trying to wean myself off fast food- including Wendy's, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell, and Popeyes (I think I got them all). Also, trying to cut back on sugar, white grains, and salt. Not giving up beer- but I am switching to lite beer (like it matters)! I'm active with sports, but probably need more cross-training (swimming, weights, aerobics, stretching).
