Logging everything everyday, or not?
I am torn on the idea of logging everything, since I'm a lifelong yo-yo dieter and am slightly food obsessed (love to cook, grocery shop, meal plan, plate and photograph my meals, etc). But whenever I read those "this is what people who maintain a healthy weight do" articles, food logging always seems to be on the list! Even if not for losing! So I try to get into it here and there. I also think it's good to keep track of things like protein, fibre, iron and sodium--I'm vegan and it's important to me to keep a balanced diet and also important to me to keep the sodium at a healthy level. I see pros and cons to regular tracking, but for now, it's working out (like shaming me every time I input my wine consumption--ha).
