Sun is shining again...although it feels like -27C with the windchill! Hopefully it will warm up enough to walk later. Even though we had another blast of winter yesterday, it is a spring sun that is shining through.

Well, I saw my doctor today and the verdict is no sugar, no alcohol, no trans fat. I have been kind of on this track anyway, but this gives me more motivation for sure.
