Yesterday was a travel day after an out-of-town meeting. Too much fast food during the day and not too wise at night.
Today is a new day. My scales need a battery...maybe that's a good thing :)
So far am eating well. It is so icy I am kind of nervous about walking. Maybe some good old housework will give me some exercise.

So, I've been in Florida for a month with no access to a scale. Tried to eat reasonably well...but obviously not well enough. I felt like on the drive home I ate my way across the miles! (boredom eating, attempt to keep alert, etc.)
This morning am anxious to get back on track...hopefully those pounds will melt off quickly.

I am reaping the consequences of my behaviour. I have been experimenting with going as gluten free as possible, and feeling pretty good. Last night I had a thin crust spinach pizza. (It was in the freezer, so I HAD TO EAT IT, RIGHT?)
I love pizza, so of course I HAD to eat the whole thing. I am paying for it starting last night with stomach pain which has continued into this morning. I think I just may have a gluten sensitivity. Good to know.
My challenge over the next month is that I am going to visit a friend in the sunny and warm south :) It will be good to get away from the -30 C wind chills that we have had here in SW Ontario lately. And the mounds and mounds of snow!! My challenge is going to be to stay gluten free and to keep eating sensibly without sugar and white products.
There will be a pool, so swimming and aquafit should help with the exercise, which has been sadly lacking during this long cold winter.
I'm taking my laptop so hoping to keep on track with the help of FS tools and friends.

It's going the right way :) I started taking probiotics every day (partly to help with depression) and I am finding my cravings are easing. Yeah!
