Re Detoxing my Life
: Today I decided to change my winter and summer wardrobes, since we now have some frost warnings. Pile of clothes for the thrift store. Closet all organized. Yeah! Yesterday I "detoxed" my front garden...weeds gone, shrub trimmed. Feels good. I like this challenge!
Re keeping fit
. I walked 3 times this week and gardened for about an hour yesterday.

Detoxing my life. More fruit and veggies. 7 days of no snacks at night :)
I went through 1 box from my office yesterday...a small one, but it's a start. Slow and steady, right?
15 minute walk this morning. It is going to be a September scorcher today, so got up and walked early.

6 days of doing well. I usually fall of the wagon at this point. Think good thoughts and prayers for me that I will keep on and get over the hurdle. Thanks.

6 days... no evening snack! It's hard but my use of stickers is helping. How childish can I be?? Must be my second childhood. LOL
