Calorie Breakdown Graph
I've been recording my daily calorie intake by recording what I've been eating. I noticed the Calorie Breakdown graph on the bottom of the page and was wondering what percentages should I be shooting for with repsect to carbs, protein and fat if I want to lose pounds. Any ideas? Thoughts? Opinions?

Today is a new day
When you start to see the weight come off..it becomes like a drug and you just crave to see the numbers on the scale diminish. You almost become obsessed, and if by chance you step on that scale and the number holds from your last weight-in; or heaven forbid it jumps up slightly, you become depressed. You feel like failure has over taken you. Then you realize the old addage-it's not a sprint its a marathon. Then you head to the fridge for lunch and pull out the lettuce to prepare a delicious salad. The battle continues
