Hi everyone. I'm a wife and a mother of three. I currently work as a Plant Accountant for Tyson Foods, coming up on five years. I turn the big 30 this year, in December, ugh.. :) I'm considering staying at 29. lol... Before I had my first daughter I was a size 9/10 and that seemed to be a perfect size for my build. After I had her, I never really tried to lose the weight that I had gained. Once I had my second daughter, I went on a low calorie diet and lost 30 lbs in a month, but didn't have the motivation to keep up with it. So, after my third child... my only son, I had now hit the 200 mark that I never wanted to get close to. I tried the low calorie again, but the lbs were not coming off... so, I am now trying the Atkins diet because it worked so well for my mom several years ago. I am one day away from being done with the first week, and I have lost 7 lbs. I'm so excited and very determined to reach my goal weight and keep it there. I'm a very picky eater, so coming up with new things I like is very hard, but, I'm working on it. So far so good. :)
