Help! How to make a correction!
Jessy - thanks! Of course I chose to share it! Hmmmm I wonder if I put another recipe with the same name and the words "correction" with it if it will post? I did send an email to the webmaster. Maybe that will help! Those measurements can get tricky! Have a good weekend.

Help! How to make a correction!
I posted a recipe and I noticed that one of the ingredients should read 1 6oz can and instead it popped up as 1TBSP. How do I make a correction? Thanks for your help.

Looking for WW Buddy who is also monitoring Sodium
Very Happy Hi,

I've done WW and realized recently that my sodium intake is preventing me from losing weight and keeping my blood pressure sky high. Started the DASH diet along with WW points this weekend in hopes of lowering blood pressure and losing 20 to 25 lbs. If you have the same goals, I would love to buddy up with you. I'm in the Northeast (CT) - expecting snow this weekend.

Mushroom Pork
Pam - Is the restaurant you ate at a national restaurant that you can go online to view their menu? I would recommend that you try calling / or going back to the restaurant and just ask if they have a copy of the nutrition information; or, can they tell you the ingredients they used in the sauce. You can then take a closer guess at the calorie count. Remember to ask if they used MSG b/c of the salt that's in it. (That will make U retain water.) This was a learning experience. Don't let it ruin your game. Good luck!
