Goal Weight decision ?
I chose my weight by the weight i was when I met my husband. I'm only 5 feet tall and petite framed so I think that its a reasonable goal. Since I hit my 30's it seems like I have absolutely no metabolism lol! So it's def been up and down but every time I lose I get stuck after 10 lbs. Good Luck!

Cracker Barrel
Does anyone know how many calories is in Cracker Barrels Reubin melt? I went out to lunch today and just can not order a salad, which I know I should!
