I'm a food lover who is a farmers daughter with a mom who is a vegetarian and I'm not the healthiest eater. I love all food, junk food included. I try to eat veg daily but struggle getting in fruit.
I'm a college grad and know what I need to do, just struggle doing it. I love to exercise but have many physical limitations. I'm married, no kids and two cats. Love to travel, drink champagne, hike and hang with my nieces!

Car Snacks
Popcorn is a great low calorie snack with high fiber. Nuts are great but make sure they have no salt and only about 20 otherwise you'll gain weight. Cut up fruit that you can eat with your fingers. Salt free pretzels. Protein bars or fiber rich bars but watch out for the chocolate flavors, lots of sugar.
