Ok celebrating birthday week. Not going to worry to much about calories. Just going to b aware and present. Exercise and make sure I try to get in my fruits and veg. Last party is Saturday then should be done with birthday party stuff.

Oy, Not being able to exercise like I want is terrible. No more weights b/c of my back and shoulder. I'm now going to pilates 1x/wk but I need to get my cardio up. some weeks I only do cardio once or twice. This is so aweful.
I'm maintaining my weight which is good but I need to do better. I really need to get to 140, that's my goal and I know it would really help my back. Less weight on my trunk is crucial.

Im doing terrible. I'm working on not eating a small piece of chocolate at night but I think my bigger problem is fat..
I like my mayo, even though I do a half canola, it's still overall calories.
I also like a 1/2 avocado every night in my salad. Healthy fat but still high calories. I"ve been putting peanut butter on my bananas and apples. I'm sure I'm not having my serving size. probably 3 to 4 tablespoons easy with my fruit.
Then there is the splitting a bottle of wine with my hubby at dinner each night. 400+ maybe calories extra.

Absolutely deplorable holiday season in regards to eating.
I received gifts of See's candy from patients and ate.
Went out frequently and ate dessert, drank cocktails. I just ran a muck.
So now I have to real myself in and start eating cleaner. But it's very hard!!!
