I need some help on something, idea's?
have you tried vinyassa yoga? It moves a bit quicker than traditional yoga, but I have found that it tightens my abnominal area better than anything. You can probably find a few DVD's at your local library, or video rental stores. I like Shiva Rae. She is very easy to follow.

Girls help me out! (Guys, you are warned, this is a girly topic)
YES! Absolutely the chocolate M&M's! I hate the peanut ones... but LOVE the Peanut Butter ones! I try to avoid them at the checkout counter at all cost, or I buy a small bag, and have a small handful, and let my 2yr old have the rest. I wish I had an answer to alleviate the pain of the curse, but aside from taking Ibuprofen or Midol, only other thing that helps me is a heating pad. Good luck, and stay strong!

Maybe try a cup of Hot Cocoa? Sometimes that works for me... of course I would prefer a GIANT bag of M&M's though! I have started using Truvia in my my coffee and have given up my habit of daily Coca-Cola, and I did not crave anything this last period. I hope that is a new trend with me, because that is the hardest time to stick to my diet.
