My weight never really bothered me until i went to a bridal shower and could not believe what i saw when i saw the pictures. I couldn't believe i gained that much weight in the past few years. I tried to loose weight a few months ago but was not very successful. That's when i came across this site and hope that it will give me some encouragement. So far so good. I am 28 years old and my birthday is in August i want to loose at least 20 lbs by then.

Fat Smash Detox
Well popcorn helped me alot but I later found out It was not allowed still lost weight though. Making smoothies from differet types of fruits also worked. Here is a lis of foods I ate and really enjoyed
morning star veggie burgers
tofu veggie burgers from trader joes were real good
frozen grapes it reminded me of candy
spinach egg white omlet
brown rice cakes reminded me of cherrios
chilli instead of ground beef I crushed up a block of extra firm tofu and you would never know there was no meat

New to the Fat smash diet
I know how you feel this is my second run at phase 1 the first time my foods were so boring. I ate basically the same thing everyday and got quite sick of it. This time around I was very careful when I went food shopping. I even bought a popcorn machine because air popped popcorn is allowed in phase 1. I have that everynight with my daughter and watch a movie before bed. What I have been doing is thinking of meals I like and wonder how can I make it phase 1 friendly. Last night I made black beans with taco seasoning layered it with brown rice tomatoes lettuce and it was good. Another thing is don't think you have to have egg whites or yogurt for breakfast this morning I had a cup of tomato soup with brown rice and it was good. You just have to get very creative to get through phase 1. Before I started this life change (not diet) I refused to eat tofu now I love it just soak it in whatever you want to taste and there you go. fruit smoothies help the sweet tooth just go wild. Good luck

Salad with a kick
As we all know eating veggies and fruits for 9 days get a little boring. If you like a little heat in your food try this.
stem some broccoi and cauliflower with a little pepper, garlic powder, and crush red peppers. Then toss some shredded lettuce with some vinegar and oregono and more crush red peppers to get desired heat. Then add broccoli and cauliflower to the lettuce and toss with some low fat ranch dressing.
