Hello, Im a mother of 2. Ive struggled with weight issues all my life. Ive never been super over weight or ever have been in my normal weight range. Ive tried various things (pills,diets,etc) and nothing ever sticked or worked for me. But now that im little older and also having medical problems my doctor has told me that if i didnt lose minimum 60 lbs my medical problems are just gonna get worse. So here I am doing this primarily for my babies that I love so much and want to see them grow up and Hopefully grand kids someday. They were my motivation to stop smoking. Now they are my motivation to a healthier living. Another thing I believed that I always failed because I had no motivation to do anything. But now that I have found my motivation it will be a new beginning for me and my family. I also finally realized that im the sabotager, my husband that is also having diabetes and other medical problems worsen. He also needs the change and is not gonna do it on his own.
ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE!!
