Hi! My name is Elisabeth or Liz not Lizzy! I'm 25 years old.
I got married to my love Shelby March 24, 2007 and we had a baby boy on January 7th, 2008. I have a great job working out of the home as an adminastrative assitant for a small telecommunications company called Solutelia. I'm basically on the internet/email or phone all day. I love my Saviour Jesus Christ and want to serve him with my life. Music is important to me I can't wait to start teaching piano again,but I'm going to wait till things settle down with the new baby. I love my family and friends-yes i am shy but once you get to know me I open up pretty easily.

I'm hoping this website support will help keep me on track as I can't affort to join Weight Watchers. I followed WW before and lost 40 bls and was down to a skinny 117.5 which was probably to much lost. I was always on the go then. I've put it all back on plus 50 more in the past year and a half(Getting Married and pregnancy will do that to you!)I almost got up to 200 bls and that really scarred me. I really didn't like that. I miss the skinny me. Losing the first 15bls was easy-well if you call haveing a baby easy :P I just hope the rest come off good and steady. I'm breastfeeding and they say it's will be easier to lose weight but I still need a good balanced diet for my Little one. So far so good. I hope to make some good friends to keep me accountable. Any one from Oklahoma?

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
Hi everyone. I was so excited when I stepped on the scale and saw that I'd lost 2 bls. I've slacked off on keeping track of what I eat on paper or in here but tried to keep track in my mind which I wouldn't recommend. It's been really hot here and I've been outside alot this week so I'm sure I sweat of the pounds this week.

I've never tried and Weight loss pills. I don't really want to either. My Mom tried something once called Metabolite or something but I don't think it really worked for her and made her kind of antsy.

Keep up the good work everyone.

I eat because I love to eat! Smile I am definetly an emotional eater. That's why I try to not have certain foods around and have alternatives to snack on if I have to have something. I try to plan small meals and snacks and spread them out through the day. Especially with Nursing my little one. It makes me super hungry!

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
Well I thought I had a really great week. Followed the plan and got in plently of exercise but some how 2 pounds snuck in. It's only my first few weeks on the diet so I'm just going to say my body is adjusting. I'm not giving up.

hmm...I think my barrier is working from home 40 hrs a a week, still trying to raise a brand new baby and take care of the hubby. Dieting takes planning because if i get to busy it's easy to grab an unhealthy snack. I've tried to at least make sure I've got good snacks like fruit and veggies. I've learned to hide my husbands junk food. He doesn't like to eat really healthy so that is hard too. f
hang in there everybody...I'm glad to have the support here...best wishes to all this week.

oh and..I don't really get out much during the week so i'll get in walking when I can. I don't live too close to a places I usually go to. You know what I try to do though when I do go to Walmart or the mall I try not to find a close parking space. I park far away and walk in just for the extra steps.

50 LB WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - WELCOME
Wink Good Morning...Well for this week I want to get in at least 40 minutes of some sort of work out 5 days this week (200 mins). Whether that be walking a few days and toneing on the others with weights or cardio exersice.

My final straw....have always struggled with weight not over weight but it always been up and down. I actually did better in college than I thought I'd do but I managed at least to keep it consistant and I was comfortable. Right after college I started to put on more weight and I didn't like it. My mom started WW and so I decieded to do it with her. We both did great and looked fabulous. At the time I was working as a carhop at Sonic and i got in alot of walking.....Well a new great job opportunity opened up and I took it- desk job! Well my weight started to creep back up over the period of a year and my Wedding dress almost didn't fit. I was determined to not gain more weight but then I got pregnant. I just gave up at that point and gained alot with my pregnancy putting me at just under 200 bls. The first 15 bls were easy but I want to fit back into aleast a 10 again...so far so good...best wishes to everyone. Exclamation

I'd love to try.... I'm 25 from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I'm trying to lose my baby weight!! I'm shooting for 1 pound week since Im Nursing my LO.
