I am so looking forward to restarting my weight loss efforts. A few coworkers and I did a biggest loser challenge for 3 months and I was doing great till the end of the challenge. Once I did't have anything to work towards the effort went out the window. I didn't lose a lot during the challenge but lost a pound a week. I gained it all back plus 2. I downloaded this program yesterday and another good one for the treadmill. I would really like to lose 20 lbs. My husband and I would like to have another child but I cannot even think about trying without being under 200 lbs. My first pregnancy was a rough one with high blood pressure, gentational diabetes and the list goes on.
I could really use a good support system right now. Everyone around me is ok with the way things are for them. Which is good for them but I am not happy with myself. I will make an effort to log my challanges and hopfully many accomplishments. Thanks for reading!
