Jan 2016 - was 280
Diagnosed with diabetes several years ago lost 20 lbs (was 280) and was able to get off medformin. A few years later (now) gained the weight back and feet started to get numb - all the time. Dizzy as well from BS spiking after breakfast.
Time to diet and exercise!
Went with high fiber with milk thistle (to help the liver cleansing). High fiber does make me feel much better with lower (GI) carb intake.
2023
started to watch intake and started each day with oatmeal, yogurt, berries and one egg. Started the apple cider vinegar drink in late October. Seems to help with weight loss. Adding in nuts small servings toward evening when hungry. Carful not to eat too much in the evening. Set new goal @190 - left the Fatsecret goal @200 which would be nice to hit before the end of the year.
Key to weight loss is insuring your eating less than what your body burns every day.
