How many calories should I eat a day?
I started 500 or so days ago with Atkins. I just stopped. Had so much going on I was sress eating all the time. Ready to get started again. I'm over a year older, but still at 182. I thought about trying Weight Watchers. How do I know how many points to eat a day or maybe just calories? Sweets are my thing. It's awful This time last year I was down to 165. Now 182 again. Can someone give me some info. on how to start
