So, I'm back. Still very happily married, and he's still wonderful. :) I'm now IN my 30's and our little girl will start school this fall! Time sure passes quickly. I started a new medicine a couple years ago, that has caused slow weight creep, and I also got sloppy with my eating habits - hence why I'm back. I've been half-trying the last few months, and it's just not working. I'm still eating more than Sean T's T25 can melt off me. Food logging is what I need to lose. I've done it before; I know I can do this!
Goal: Maintain between 128-130, MY Healthy Weight
Very happily married to the most wonderful man. Turned 30 (eek!) this May, 2012. Have a beautiful baby girl who was 3 in August this year! As of March 2011, I finally lost the baby weight! Lost a few more after that, and couldn't feel better. Now I'm just all about maintaining!
I just want to feel good about myself, and nobody but me can make that happen.
1st Goal: 137 - Pre-pregnancy weight - REACHED 3/2/11!! :) Woo-hoo!!!
2nd Goal: 134 - No longer "overweight" - REACHED 6/2/11! :) Woot!
3rd Goal: 130 - My idea of my healthy weight - REACHED 10/4/11! :) The last few were certainly the hardest!!
