I'm back..again. My personal trainer wants a record of what I shove in my mouth. Fortunately for me it's not bad stuff....and I'm not eating too much either. Just can't figure out why I can't lose anything. Not so much worried about the number on the scale because I lift heavy so I expected that would go up. An inch, a body fat percent, a pant size...give a girl something. I'm off the thyroid meds which killed any metabolism I had so hopefully him and I can figure it out. It's hard to do the work and not see any results. Adding some IF and I LOVE my plank board.Not planks but I like being able to play games and makes the 3 minutes go by a little quicker.
