Fell off my motivation wagon. So I got et with my previous trainer, got my new numbers and signed up for 15 sessions to get me back on track. There is a 8 Week Transformation Challenge at my gym that starts tomorrow and I registered for it. I will not let myself, or my trainer down. I want to win. So I will be logging everything for the next 8 weeks no matter how much I hate to do that. Luckily I only lost 90 days so it shouldn't be as bad as when I first started. I have also started jogging on the treadmill. Due to the damage that was caused from the virus induced vertigo I always feel very dizzy for the first minute or two but after that its not bad. I also think it is helping with the motion sick feeling because I don't have that all day, every day anymore. Get knocked down 7 times....get up 8.

The results are in....in the last 30 days I have dropped 3.2 pounds, 6.75 inches, 1.3% body fat and my visceral fat went down another level. My skeletal muscle mass is now greater than my body fat mass. I did this on my own. A huge thanks to my trainer for getting me started out right, my sister for the extra 16-20 miles she walks with me each week and my hubby who tells me every day that I've got this.
60 day result totals...4.6 pounds (which is huge due to the fact I am on thyroid meds), 10.75 inches, visceral fat= -4 levels, 4.8% body fat.
30 day goals....lose 2 pounds, drop 3.25 inches, drop 2 levels off visceral fat, lose 2.9% body fat. These will start to get harder as I have less to lose so my plan is to incorporate a few extra Fatsecret challenges into my regular routine too mix things up. It will be a mental game the next 30 and I just need to get ready to crush it again.

7 pairs of pants/shorts that didn't fit last week fit this week! I am dying to do measurements but will hold off until Tuesday when I get body fat, etc statistics so everything is accurate for my check in. Not gonna lie....super excited to see my results of doing it by myself for 30 days. I think I killed it.

13 days until my next body scan at the gym. I am so excited because I am seeing the results. My tape measure and my scale are both going in the right direction. 2 years ago when I was at my lightest I felt skinny but not necessarily healthy in hindsight. Now I can say I am in the best shape I have ever been and won't be feeling skinny fat this time. Excited to kill my 30 day goals and see what the next 30 have in store. It's not the destination...it's my journey so I am going to enjoy it!

I only weigh or measure when I feel that I will see the results on the scale or tape....hence my weigh in yesterday. Today I decided to measure. Down 5 1/2 inches and 2 pounds since May 18. Since I have opted to try this month without my trainer I have added one more set to my workout, have upped my cardio by one level and walk with my sister 4 miles 4 times a week. On a mission to prove that I can set my mind to it and accomplish my goals without someone there to push me. June 21 will tell the truth. Can't wait to see what the body scan has to say!
