Well thanks to my recent 90 days on P90X, I lost 26 lbs. I wouldn't mind losing another 10lbs, but it's not the end of the world if I don't. I basically want to look more toned, drop another dress size and more importantly, be fit and healthy. I'm starting P90X round 2 tmo. In addition, I'm hitting the gym in the mornings for a little cardio. Prb no more than 30 mins a day. I plan to follow the P90X diet as it worked for me in the past. However, I love that I can come up here and get some really great recipes for the days I want to do something a little different. I wish you all much success in whatever your goals are.
