Do it right ALL AROUND FROM BEGINNING TO END!

Guidelines:
The day before and as soon as you start, follow the p90x nutrition plan to the T to maximize your results! No halfin' it this summer! Follow the P90X diet guidelines, and throw away any food you have that is bad for you or falls out of those guidelines. The only food you should have in your house is the kind that is going to make you BRING IT in accordance to the program.
