I am a 21 year old college student. I lost some weight with the help of my athletic roommate freshman year, but have not lost much since. I now realize that support is the most important element to weight loss and success.
I have never been that "skinny" girl, and that's not really what I am going for. I want to be simply HEALTHY! I'm fairly close to a healthy BMI, but I would like to get down to at least 120 lbs.
I slip frequently, especially because I live in a house of eaters (who of course gain NO weight eating treats and sweets all day) and many times I mistake SOY for being low calorie (lol).
It's a constant struggle for me to find healthy food that tastes good, especially because I am lactose intolerant. So, if you find any tasty non-dairy options that don't taste like plastic, let me know!
