The Atkins website was how I figured out what I could eat. See my food diary for my intake. It's pretty much the same as one of the meals they suggested. I need to add a few more veggies to mine I think, but other then that I was good. I even lost all cravings for bread, pasta, pizza, cakes and my morning snack. (This was my first week though) Protein and veggies, for now. It's just 2 weeks or so if you need more.

I do agree with supplements. I went to wellness doctor for that info. I take a multivitamin, calcium with D, fish oil and reservatrol
Reservatrol is for blood pressure. I have gone off ALL medications.

You can change your setting in the food diet to show your net carbs. I'm new here to, but some how figured out how to change that it.

Hello,

Just wanted to say don't give up!! I took a look at your food journal just to see why your not losing and ff you are tracking everything then your NOT eating enough. Your body will not loose weight if it's not getting enough calories a day. No one should ever eat less then 1200 a day. Your body burns more then that just in regular everyday activities. It will hold on to it if you don't feed it.

PS I am new to Atkins but lost 70lbs on Weight Watchers. I started my journey in October of 2008. You can do it if you really, really want to.
