Calculator.net is saying once I go back to school and I am lightly active, I should need 1864 with 25.5% body fat. When I am out of school, I should need 1626.
In the meantime, still eating 1200 to get my weight back to where it should be.

Problems with carb cravings. I also cannot feel when I am full, so that causes me problems as well. And I do not know how to otherwise tell if I am full without being able to feel the sensations.

I am still being constipated despite drinking enough and eating enough. Unfortunately, I cannot record my weight until my bloating and pain level go down and my constipation lifts. So, FS will continue to not see me record a weight until my IBS calms down.
I am trying to think of a visual way I might organize my apartment so I can understand it easily and find things easily.

I just finished cooking my meal for tomorrow 2 hours ago. I am soooo tired. I have poor executive function. Easy things are usually what I make, but tomorrow is a holiday. I am going to be resting probably the rest of the day. All the cooking takes a lot out of me. I am on the autism spectrum, level 1. Ideas to make cooking easier would be appreciated.
