Grieving has flared my IBS pretty badly. It's giving me a headache and the rescue laxative is not working very well. My advisor, whom I had a special connection with, went back to England recently and left Southern. Been constipated all week with tiredness and a bad headache. We will see in the morning if the mineral oil I took tonight does what I asked it to and makes me go. I am putting the heating pad on it for the pain, too. Drinking water has not helped me go, either. Running out of options and not sure what else to try.

A debate last week and an emergency alert thing stressed me enough to flare my IBS. I think from now on, when the IBS flares, I am just not going to weigh in on FatSecret. I know it will bloat and constipate me, which will make the scale go up. Since I do not want to see this, I will not record my weight on FatSecret when I am flaring up with the IBS. The other thing that makes me heavier is when my thyroid level is off, but currently, it is balanced. So, I am good there for now.

Midterms are coming up and getting ready for those. Just got put on risperidone 0.25 mg to help my anxiety and sensitivities. Got an app to check in on how I am feeling and an app to remind me to drink water. I am aiming for 68 oz. a day.

Have some math problems to take to the tutor for help with. Not sure I am doing the row reduction correctly. I love doing math, though. Just need a little help learning it sometimes.
Just had a sensory overload because someone slammed the door on my wall. Dumb people don't realize they are hurting me when they do that. Then they tell me shut up. Well that is not the way honey; it just does not work. That fire door outside my apartment causes me sensory overload every time it slams my wall. The sooner people realize it's a trigger and control the door on their way through it, the less they will have to listen to my meltdowns. Been having a lot of anxiety lately, too, so that is making me more sensitive to sensory input, including sounds and touch. My tactile sensitivity is giving me problems functioning at school, too. Been coming home with a massive headache, very sensitive to sensory input and with tight shoulders and abdomen. Going to see a prescriber Thursday after my online class.
