Long term weight yoyo hoping to permanently reduce my weight with the help of fatsecret and a friend.

Keeping focused has always been a problem and being a chocoholic hasn't helped. Looking for body mass index of around 26-27 but aware this is a big challenge (just over 30 now). Have seen some of the amazing outcomes for fatsecret groupies and would like to do the same!!
