I'm 67 and retired a few years ago. We moved to Florida from Ct which is lovely, but I have gone from a size 6 to an 8 and now a size 10. Size 10 seems to be getting tight since I gained another 3 pounds on a cruise a few weeks back. We eat out all the time and that makes it easy for me, but, also makes it easier to eat whatever I find yummy on the menu. I need to get this weight off. I feel like an elephant and I don't move as well as I used to. I know I don't burn the calories I did when I was working and I need to cut the food and get to the gym. I have tried WW, but seem to eat anyway. I'm hoping this program will help me stay focused.
