Eat some protein at breakfast

Guidelines:
I'm bad with this because oatmeal and coffee don't provide much protein, except the small amount in half-and-half! The challenge is to eat a healthy mix of protein and carbs for breakfast and try to keep the calorie count under 400 calories. No fast food!
