Hello! This is another start to losing weight. I've been doing my exercise 2-3x a week at SNAP. I work with a trainer at least 2xs. I really need to get my nutrition under control. I'm happily married 23yrs. Retired, yea! Worked for 38yrs, same phone company. Climbed ladders for 30 of those years so i need a new knee and hip. I think losing some more weight will help. I succesfully lost 49lbs with WW just got tired of doing points. Of course gained 10 back. So I found this site and thought this will make me more accountable. Writing a food journal always kept me more "aware" of what I eat. We have no kids just a dog in this family!
