Hello! This is another start to losing weight. I've been doing my exercise 2-3x a week at SNAP. I work with a trainer at least 2xs. I really need to get my nutrition under control. I'm happily married 23yrs. Retired, yea! Worked for 38yrs, same phone company. Climbed ladders for 30 of those years so i need a new knee and hip. I think losing some more weight will help. I succesfully lost 49lbs with WW just got tired of doing points. Of course gained 10 back. So I found this site and thought this will make me more accountable. Writing a food journal always kept me more "aware" of what I eat. We have no kids just a dog in this family!

Hello! I was diagnosed with prediabetes a few years ago. No problem now, I started exerciseing at snap 2x's a week at least. Watched what I ate. Cut back on regular soda, do some sugar free stuff and watch the carbs. Get your doc to send you to nutrition class for diabetes. You'll learn lots of stuff and it help with portion size. Thankfully I didn't have to do meds. My husband has diabetes and does 5 shots a day, I don't want to got there. That keeps me motivated, especially when I give him his shots.
