Hello, my name is Charles, I work in various public safety jobs. US Navy, State Air Rescue and Fire/Rescue at the local racetrack. I have always seem to fight with weight ever since I graduated from college. I was in the 170's during college and gradually went up to 210 three years ago. Well, similar to other posts, the Navy has a weight expectation and I am constantly hitting the max. Until this year I had to get "taped" every weigh in because I was over the weight.
Since I have been using FatSecret; I have been able to record my weight, food intake and exercise. this has greatly helped me learn what affects my weight and where I need to make adjustments.
I started off at 184, which doesn't sound like a lot, but I would like to be about 165. I am setting 5lb increment weight loss goals. This seems to be a reachable goal.
