Help!!
Alright long story short: canadian female former classical dancer blown knees 20+ yrs wait time to replace need desperate help with exercises that I can do without having knees blow out again! Jumping jacks running all impact will put me back on crutches. Oh yea I can't swim and I'm broke! any suggestions are welcome!Cool

Can't eat enough?
thanks for the tips I will give it a whurl...I often wonder if this is why I gained the weight in the first place, forget to eat and the body stores all that I eat right?

Can't eat enough?
Is it just me or are there others suffering from the difficult task of eating enough good food to reach the caloric intake goal everyday? I have trouble remembering to eat,due to busy schedule, they if I do actually eat it is usually not the best choice.Sad
