I am a curvy woman who LOVES food, but I think more than loving food, I love to eat. It is hard for me to distinguish the difference sometimes. This line becomes defined when I watch what I eat though because I always think to myself; "is that worth it?" That is pretty much the moral of my story. I need to start making the choices and seeing if it is worth it calorie wise so I can make wise decisions!
I graduated college a year ago and while at the university I, like many, gained the freshman 15. Luckily though, I lost it (plus some) by using Weight Watchers (which I love!) I kept the weight off for 3 years and then I fell in love and had too much fun with my boyfriend! 20 pounds later I still love how I look, but I know I am not as healthy as I should be.
So instead of making a "resolution" to lose weight (which I did for the new year and obviously didn't start until the end of February) I am just going to work at it, because IT'S WORTH IT!
