Resting
you guys were right about the time for resting reducing as other activities were added. Thank you for pointing it out. I appreciate the help. Have a great day.

Resting
Does anybody know how to decrease the amount of hours resting? I accidently added 8 hours to what was already there.Now it says I have 16 hours of resting down. There is no "x" by it to delete it and I can not figure it out.
