performance: losing 0.2 lb a week
I have lost and found the same 40 pounds over and over again.
I really want this time to be the last time that I lose them.
I am trying to make a lifestyle change and eat healthier and make better workout choices.
My weight goals: Lose 30 pounds by March 12 - succeeded
Lose 40 pounds by May 24th
Lose 50 pounds by July 2nd
Lose 60 pounds by Sept 1st
Had a little setback on the 40 pound goal weight - as of June 6th - I'm now 2 pounds away from that success - there is still hope for 50 pounds by July 2...????
