Oh boy, where to start. I live in NY, I'm 25 and I have a 6 yr old son. After having my first child i never managed to lose the weight. I used to weigh 135lbs and never really exercised. Now a days, i feel that city living makes it hard to stay away from fast food especially when you work and sit in the office all day. Ive made a decision that I want to get back to my old weight and start working out. I dont feel comfortable with my current weight (160lbs), so I've taken into my own hands to start eating healthier and drink more water! lol. I'm bad with pills and having to do regimen diets like weight watchers etc...so im going to count my calories and take it from there.
