Oh boy, where to start. I live in NY, I'm 25 and I have a 6 yr old son. After having my first child i never managed to lose the weight. I used to weigh 135lbs and never really exercised. Now a days, i feel that city living makes it hard to stay away from fast food especially when you work and sit in the office all day. Ive made a decision that I want to get back to my old weight and start working out. I dont feel comfortable with my current weight (160lbs), so I've taken into my own hands to start eating healthier and drink more water! lol. I'm bad with pills and having to do regimen diets like weight watchers etc...so im going to count my calories and take it from there.

Starting Insanity today!
I started Insanity on Monday. My current weight is 190 and I'm 5'5". Never did exercise in my life but I'm dedicated to getting back to weighing 135 before i had my son. Today was the third day and honestly I can do 10 min straight maybe 15 but then I have to start taking rests. I try to pump up and put all my energy into the workout to keep up with them but it's hard!!! So i keep going in after small rests and do as many as i can. Hopefully ill be able to do much better the second week.

Surprised
Very Happy I thought I had gained weight but i actually lost 2 lbs this week. I was sick n all but didnt lose my appetite. I think im catching myself from grabbing certain foods, and the calorie counting is really educating me on what i should n shouldnt eat. Pasta is my weakness though. I just wanna lose 10lbs by next month. Also thinking of waking up an hour earlier to go for a jog in order to clear my head and get extra exercise in that i cant after work. Wish me luck! im trying to set goals!
