HIgh Fiber Low cal
I would like to go on a high fiber low calories (around 1300) meal plan. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks guys this really helps! I am the stubborn no pain no gain type, so it is very hard for me to rest. But I am going to give it a try!

I have some how managed to hurt my knee but continue to run. Now my hip hurts and it is terribly painful for me to even walk. Does any one have any suggestions of some other activities until i heal?

I am happy to report that the Lord gave me strength and I did not chew and spit at all yesterday! Going one whole day is a huge accomplishment for me, I know he will make me stronger today!

This is so weird to me because I have always had so much will power and determination. I Lost 30 pounds a year ago and have gained it all back, and i believe this is the reason.Every morning I work out and think I will begin a new day and start over leaving that habit behind. Usually I do good all day until I find a moment alone .
