I'm not sure what weight I am atm, but I think it's either 72 or less, perhaps 71kg.
I haven't hopped on the scales.
Anyways, Since I've been upping my intake to gain weight for the past few weeks and get better weight training results, now I want to spend a few weeks cutting the body fat percentage on my body drastically.
My plan - On the 6week "lose the fat suit" challenge, is to maintain as much muscle as possible and cut as much fat as possible. I'm already at the perfect weight for my age/height, etc.
But my bf % is a bit high at around 19~20
So it's time to cut ..
Let's see, at 71 kg, to reduce my body fat to say a lean 12%, means It should be 8.5kg
Currently, it's 14kg body fat. (ugh.. makes me sick thinking about it).
Soooo, let's say I'll aim to lose 6kg of fat over the six weeks. Ouch, this'll be fun.
CORRECTION
That's about xx750xx, correction 1250 calorie deficit each day for 1kg per week.
My maintenance calories are 1800kcal.
So I should eat 1500kcal, and kick exercise/activity up to ~2750kcal per day.
I use 2000 cal per day normally so with extra, that's an 10km run every day, approx an hour.
Easy.
Let's look at this - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday - Run 8 km.
Or at least spend an hour at the gym, weight training (500kcal) + crazy fast rowing for 15 minutes (200kcal)
I'll need to be pretty pumped full of protein and fat, with enough carbs for energy
On a 5:5:2 Carb,protein,fat ratio.
I eat clean, so shouldn't be an issue. Only takeaway is possibly steakhouse - no chips, lean steak with salad.
Let's get this party started!! I'm excited :)

still 71kgs.. trying to gain weight (muscle) .. eating lots.. but eating well.
don't eat much crap save the occasional coffee or chocolate milk.
lots of calories, true, but lots of good vitamin, minerals, and low sugar
hoping to get up to 75kgs and either maintain body fat, or not gain much..
in 2 months i'll start cutting my calories to lose the excess fat.

Body fat percentage 20%
I've been gaining weight, but largely muscle mass. Which is good. I'd still like to knock my bodyfat percentage down though.
Try again with low-carb.
