still 71kgs.. trying to gain weight (muscle) .. eating lots.. but eating well.
don't eat much crap save the occasional coffee or chocolate milk.
lots of calories, true, but lots of good vitamin, minerals, and low sugar
hoping to get up to 75kgs and either maintain body fat, or not gain much..
in 2 months i'll start cutting my calories to lose the excess fat.
