Body fat percentage 20%
I've been gaining weight, but largely muscle mass. Which is good. I'd still like to knock my bodyfat percentage down though.

Try again with low-carb.
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
