Boca Crumbles
Do you mean Boca crumbles? In Phase 1 I would try stay away from any foods that are processed, you want to detox the body, so why add any processed food during this phase; that would defeat the purpose of what you're doing (my opinion). Boca crumbles are tasty vegetarian vittles and have lots of soy protein, so these be would a great choice in phase 3 or 4.
