I didn't say how often coz i know every1 is on a different level.... But i would say try do it twice a week and try and learn the steps... even that gives u a good exercise. and once u feel confident ...

Had a wobble, hopefully back on track
After hitting a new low weight, I had a weight wobble and went up a bit. Had to fight to get back down despite doing Zumba everyday. Hopefully I'll go down now instead.
