Cant Lose the actual weight
I am exercising about 3-4 times a week but its still hard to lose the weight. My doctor told me that 1600 calories is not less enough to lose weight. I probably need to have 1200-1400 calories. What in the hell am I suppose to eat!! I am a foodie. I love to eat good food. My friend told me that if I eat...I should eat good food. What do u think?
