My name is Sara. I'm a wife and a mother. I stay at home with my 2 year old daughter. I'm determined that THIS is IT! I hit my highest weight at 238.8 and refuse to go any further! I'm going to the gym at least 4 days a week and recently began counting calories. My goals are to keep track of my food everyday as well as drink enough water (half my body weight in ounces). Eventually I would like to work on getting to bed at a decent hour, I'm such a night owl now, that will be a hard task.

What's in a name?
My name is a name I've used for years! One of my favorite books is called In Watermelon Sugar. The first time I tried to use it as my screen name, it was taken. So, I just dropped the "I".

Cravings
For me it's all about the water. If I haven't been drinking water all day (supposed to drink 1/2 your body weight in oz.) then I get intense cravings. However, if I have been drinking water, when I do get a craving, I can easily distract myself. The urge to cheat is not nearly as strong.
Good luck!
