Going to reach my goal this year!

I have come across some stumbling blocks: Atkins Bars are not for me. Discovering that and correcting put me behind schedule about 8 days. And exercise is not an option. I read somewhere that if one strove to get their heartrate up for 3 mins 3 times a day that was better than nothing. Some days that's about all I can manage. Good luck. I am usually around if you need a buddy but I don't post much. Good Luck. You can do it. I know I can too.

Ladies, thank you so much. This is exactly the kind of motivation I need! And Margie, if working out is next to impossible for you, you should check out a workout called classical stretch. It is wonderful! Its for everyone, with every body type. Weather you are fit, or not, it makes your body feel wonderful and takes away aches and pains from many ailments. Just look it up. Meanwhile, I am still surviving Jillian Michael's. LOL
